Q. What happens after I have placed my order?

After you have placed an order you will recieve a conformation email. All of our product are handmade to order and require between 7 to 14 days manufacturing time, once dispateched we will send you a fulfillment email containing delivery tracking number.

Q. How secure is shopping on Shelvee.com?

Very secure. It’s vitally important to Shelvee that you can shop on our website in complete confidence. That’s why we’ve invested in the most advanced website security available, designed to provide all the protection and assurance you need, from making transactions to updating personal information.

Q. Can I make changes to my online order?

We all change our mind now and again. If you want to make any changes to your order, us our contact page stating your order number for further assistance. We do not except returns or exchanges on international & personalized orders. Also, changing your order may delay your delivery and could alter the price you’ve been quoted. Please note that changes to your order can only be made prior to delivery. Please refer to our Returns and Cancellations for more details.

Q. I have not received my order conformation?

Once an order has been placed an order conformation email is automatically sent to you. If you have not recieved this then plaese check that the email address you provided us with is correct or check your email spam folder.

Q. Where is my order?

All of our products are handmade and made to order, at times of high demand our dispatch times may take longer. If you would like to check the status of your order, please contact us via our online contact page for further assistance.

Q. Do you price match?

I'm afraid we do not price match as all of our products are designed and manufactured by Shelvee making us very unique as the are no other product from another retailer to price match with.

Q. Do you provide instructions and what is needed to install my order?

Yes we provide instructions and all the nesessary screws and brackets to wall mount your order. We do stress that what we provide is for general wall requirements and will not always be suitable for all wall types.

Q. Do you deliver overseas?

Yes. We do deliver overseas but we do not except returns or exchanges on international & personalized orders.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Uk and the US.

Q. What do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery charges vary by product type. Please refer to our Delivery Page for more information.

Q. What happens if my furniture is damaged on delivery?

Our staff treat every piece of furniture as if it was their own. Their mission is to ensure you’re 100% happy from the moment you choose your furniture to the day it arrives. In the unlikely event that your furniture arrives with signs of transit damage, our team will endeavour to help you. Please contact us as soon as possible via our online contact page where we can give you options to resolve the problem. This could include a full refund or exchange, we do require the item to be sent back to us before either exchange or refund including return postage can be authorised.

Q. What should I do if any item is missing?

If you have any item that is missing from your order please contact us straight away and we will get it sent out to you as soon as possible.
